Cuerden’s location makes it very attractive as a large strategic employment site. Around 80,000 sq m of new industrial, logistics and manufacturing employment space, comprising a range of separate units with ancillary offices, can be accommodated here.

The site would also include circa 22,000 sq m of high quality offices and other business space. Around 2,000 parking spaces will be provided for the businesses here.
